The Friends of Carlisle Victorian & Turkish Baths formed in May 2021 to protect and develop Carlisle’s Historic Baths and ensure they continue to support the Health and Wellbeing of local residents and visitors.

The people who will decide the future of Carlisle’s Historic Baths are the local politicians. The Friends are committed to working with the City and County Councils, the local MPs and the new Unitary Authority, but the people politicians listen to most are their constituents.
Please write to your MP and Councillors today and ask them to support the Vision for the Baths.

Over 1,500 have already signed our petition in support of our Vision, but we need as much support as possible if we are to convince the Council to adopt our Vision.
